Welcome to Brain Rush ("we," "our," or "the App"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is secured when you play and interact with the Brain Rush mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
A. Data Stored Locally on Your Device (Default Mode)
Brain Rush is designed to be fully playable offline. By default, your core gameplay information is stored locally on your device via an encrypted on-device database:
Gameplay Statistics & Scores: High scores, mini-game completion records, reaction times, accuracy rates, and daily streaks.
App Preferences: Sound, music, haptic feedback toggles, and theme preferences (Dark / Light mode).
B. Optional Cloud & Account Information (Firebase & Google Sign-In)
If you choose to use our optional Cloud Backup and Global Leaderboard features, we authenticate your account using Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication:
Account Identifier: Your Google Account UID and basic profile identifier.
Leaderboard Profile: Your chosen player display name, selected avatar preset ID, cumulative brain score, training streak, and league rank title.
Cloud Sync Data: Backup of your score records and stats to ensure your progress is saved across device re-installations or transitions.
C. Automatically Collected Technical Information
When connected to the internet, standard non-identifying technical data may be processed by Google Play Services:
Device model, operating system version, and approximate performance/crash logs to ensure stability and smooth performance across devices.
2. Third-Party Services We Use
Brain Rush integrates trusted Google services to provide cloud syncing, in-app billing, and optional advertisements:
Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore (Google LLC)
Purpose: Secure user login, persistent cloud backup, and global leaderboard synchronization.

Google Play In-App Billing (Google LLC)
Purpose: Secure processing of one-time in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove All Ads"). Financial transactions and payment details are processed directly by Google Play; Brain Rush never accesses or stores your credit card or financial information.
Google Mobile Ads / AdMob (Google LLC)
Purpose: Displays standard banner and interstitial ads to support free access to mini-games. Ads are disabled permanently upon purchasing the "Remove Ads" option.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for:
Saving and tracking your cognitive training progress, scores, and streaks.
Displaying your ranking on the Global Brain League leaderboard.
Maintaining game performance, squashing bugs, and optimizing frame rates.
Restoring your purchased features (such as Ad-Free Pro status).
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to data brokers, advertisers, or third parties.
4. Data Storage, Security & Retention
Data Security: Cloud data transmissions are protected using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption and secured with strict Firestore security rules that verify user ownership.
Retention: Local game data remains on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall the game. Cloud leaderboard data remains active while your account is in use.
5. Account and Data Deletion
You have complete control over your data:
Offline Play: You can use Brain Rush completely offline without signing in.
Sign Out: You can disconnect your Google account anytime directly from the in-app Profile & Settings menu.
Deletion Request: To delete your synced cloud data or leaderboard entries, you can contact us at the support email below or sign out and clear your app data.
6. Children's Privacy
Brain Rush is a family-friendly mental agility and puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
